We normally welcome you between 5pm and 7pm. If you wish to arrive at a different time of day, please contact us as soon as possible.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11am at the latest please. We are sorry for that, but we do need the time to make it ready for our next guests.
The whole apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Toiletries, soap and shampoo are provided.
A kettle and coffee maker are available in the lounge, with tea, herbal teas and coffee capsules.
Free wifi.
Fully air-conditioned.
Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30 am.
Set up in the light-filled lounge, it is composed exclusively of fresh, local products.
A deposit of 30% is required on booking, either by cheque or bank transfer.
The deposit is refundable up to 7 days before the reservation date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained without refund.
The balance should be paid on the day of arrival. We accept the following methods of payment: Cash (Euros), credit card (Visa and MasterCard), bank transfer (exclusively in €) – including international for non-EC customers.
Rates do not include tourist taxes (€1.09 pppn – see Terms & conditions).
By car: Follow Centre-Ville from the A7 (north), A55 (west) or A50 (east) freeways, then follow GPS directions.
Rue Fontange is a shopping street where you won’t be able to park. You can stop to unload, but cannot stay there longer. You can also go directly to the private parking place which we offer. Or you have 2 public parking areas (charged at city rates) in the vicinity; each is less than a 3 minute walk.
– By train: You’ll arrive at Saint-Charles station and can take the M2 metro line to Sainte Marguerite Dromel, getting off at “Notre Dame du Mont” station (2 stations from the station). The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the metro station.
– By plane: If you arrive by plane at Marignane airport, shuttle buses to Saint Charles station are available, or UBER / Taxi.
