The purpose of these conditions is to inform our customers about the terms and conditions of accommodation, reservations, and cancellations, the responsibilities of the parties and the management of the data we collect as part of our professional activity.
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. The information presented on this official website takes precedence over all information published by our partners, including reservation and cancellation policies.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions
Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS), as well as your consent to the use of the personal data you provide.
Your privacy is important to us, and we protect the confidentiality of any personal information you provide to us. This information is not shared and is only used for administrative and practical purposes for your stay (see below RGPD).
Prices
The prices given are inclusive of all taxes in euros (€), including VAT and excluding tourist taxes. These are the prices for bookings made directly with La Maison Vague without an intermediary. Prices are per room and per night, for up to two people, for the chosen period.
Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be renewed for subsequent bookings. Conditions, rates and offers are subject to change without notice.
The photos available on this site and on social networks are non-contractual.
Tourist taxes
Tourist taxes are local taxes that the customer must pay to the owners, who then pay them to the city of Marseille.
In accordance with article L 2333-29 et seq. of the Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales, tourist tax is payable per night (per night per person), from January 1 to December 31 inclusive.
Rates have been set for 2023 at €1.09 per night and per person. Minors are exempt.
Length of stay
The stay is agreed for a fixed period specified in the written confirmation sent to the customer. Under no circumstances may the customer claim any right to remain in the premises.
Cancellation of reservation by La Maison Vague
In the event of cancellation by La Maison Vague, the owner will reimburse the tenant for any sums received.
Insurance
The tenant certifies that he/she is covered by an insurance policy covering his/her own liability.
La Maison Vague certifies that it is covered by an insurance policy covering its Professional Civil Liability arising from its bed and breakfast activity.
