The purpose of these conditions is to inform our customers about the terms and conditions of accommodation, reservations, cancellations, the responsibilities of the parties and the management of the data we collect in the course of our business.
The present conditions of sale may be modified at any time without prior notice. The information on this official website takes precedence over all information published by our partners, including booking and cancellation policies.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions

Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) and your consent to the use of the personal data you provide.
We are committed to preserving your privacy and protecting the confidentiality of any personal information you have provided to us. These are not shared and are only used for administrative and practical purposes for your stay (see below RGPD).

Rates

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT, but exclude tourist tax. These are the prices for bookings made directly with La Maison Vague without an intermediary. Prices are per room, per night, for up to two people, for the chosen period.
Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be renewed for subsequent bookings. Conditions, rates and offers are subject to change without notice.
As the ambiances of the house change frequently, the photos available on this site and on social networks are non-contractual.

Tourist taxes

Tourist taxes are local taxes that customers must pay to the owners, who then pay them to the city of Marseille.
In accordance with article L 2333-29 et seq. of the Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales, the tourist tax is payable per night (per night per person), from January 1 to December 31 inclusive.
Rates have been set for 2023 at €1.09 per night per person. Minor children are exempt.

Length of stay

The stay is agreed for a fixed period, specified in the written confirmation sent to the customer. Under no circumstances may the customer claim any right to remain in the premises.

Reservation cancellation by La Maison Vague

In the event of cancellation by the owner, the latter will refund the sums collected to the tenant.

Insurance

The hirer certifies that he/she is covered by an insurance policy covering his/her own liability.
La Maison Vague certifies that it is covered by insurance for professional liability arising from its bed and breakfast activity.
