Rates<\/strong><\/p>\n All prices are in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT, but exclude tourist tax. These are the prices for bookings made directly with La Maison Vague without an intermediary. Prices are per room, per night, for up to two people, for the chosen period. Tourist taxes<\/strong><\/p>\n Tourist taxes are local taxes that customers must pay to the owners, who then pay them to the city of Marseille. Length of stay<\/strong><\/p>\n The stay is agreed for a fixed period, specified in the written confirmation sent to the customer. Under no circumstances may the customer claim any right to remain in the premises.<\/p>\n Reservation cancellation by La Maison Vague<\/strong><\/p>\n In the event of cancellation by the owner, the latter will refund the sums collected to the tenant.<\/p>\n Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n The hirer certifies that he\/she is covered by an insurance policy covering his\/her own liability.
